Visualization

Spending hours in the saddle is probably the most traditional, perhaps even the most reliable way to learn to ride.

Another valuable way to learn to ride is to study those who have come before us and to learn about our partner, of course.

But if you’re looking for another tool for your tool belt, visualization can be surprisingly effective.

Thanks for sharing your experience and wisdom. I find it very helpful and encouraging. I would love to learn more about communicating with animals and call me crazy – plants and trees too.

  2. Visualization absolutely works… way, way back in college I was having a tough stretch on the tennis team. My coach had me listen to visualization exercises on tape. I went from losing every match to winning 90%.
