I know I can go through phases in my life where I can get on the hamster wheel of worry.
Even when I know it’s unproductive, I have to really concentrate on not getting bogged down in unhelpful fretting.
It occurred to me once again this week that we can learn a lot from horses…
So true. Worry is really pointless. What a good goal for 2022 – worry less and be at least a bit more in the moment, like our horses. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Pat!

I LOVE YOU PAT AND YOUR ENCOURAGING WORDS… I HOPE THAT 2022 WILL BE A PROSPEROUS AND POSITIVE YEAR FOR YOU FRIEND. MY HUSBAND WAS HOSPITALIZED WITH COVID, AND MY DAUGHTER AND I WERE LEFT BATTLING IT AT HOME. WE ARE RECOVERING, HE IS HOME FROM THE HOSPITAL, AND I SPENT THE DAY WITH MY HORSES TODAY… I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. STAY HEALTHY MY FRIEND!
