I’ve been teaching people to ride for over 35 years and I have one piece of advice that I give over and over again:
The best time to understand the horse is before you complicate everything by getting on his back.
As we seek the connection to horses in this sometimes crazy world, understanding our partner makes the whole experience just that more wonderful.
